3. Orders & Payment
BazaarBD reserves the right to cancel any order even after confirmation (e.g. pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud).
4. Prohibited Conduct
- Misuse or attempt to hack the platform
- Placing orders under false identity
- Infringing intellectual property of others
5. Limitation of Liability
BazaarBD shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the order value.
